Meet the Teacher:

Ms. Corinna Rezzelle

Corinna grew up in a small town in Georgia, surrounded by a theater-loving family. Inspired by her mother’s involvement in professional theatrical performances, she pursued a B.F.A in Performing Arts and a minor in Art History from the Savannah College of Art and Design. After college, Corinna worked with several professional theatre companies in Atlanta, where she discovered her passion for teaching through the arts by leading Literacy Through Drama workshops in schools. This experience motivated her to further her education at New York University, where she earned an M.A. in Educational Theatre and a teaching credential in English.

Corinna founded The Jewel Conservatory Theatre, which provided affordable theater education and performances for children, growing from six students to over 400. After completing her degrees, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she taught in various public and private schools, created drama programs, and worked with several theater companies. Her diverse experiences in theater, puppetry, music, and literacy led her to value Waldorf education.

Drawn to Waldorf teaching, Corinna joined Antioch University’s M.ED in Waldorf Education program and is pursuing her doctorate in the same field, focusing on arts-integrated and drama teacher training. Currently, she is engaged in full-time research for her dissertation with several Waldorf schools and enjoys writing scripts for schools worldwide. Corinna looks forward to inspiring students to learn through stories, engage in creativity, and flourish with Streaming for Humanity.
